Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

Your card is charged when we confirm your booking. A separate security deposit hold is placed on your card at pickup.

Displayed prices are before tax. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, which are disclosed before payment.

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for all rentals. This is held as a credit card authorization and released within 7-14 business days after the RV is returned undamaged.

Minimum driver age: 25 years with valid license held for 2+ years.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation 30+ days before pickup. 50% refund for cancellations 8-29 days before pickup. No refund for cancellations 0-7 days before pickup.

3. RV Usage

• 125 miles per day included. Additional miles billed at $0.55/mile.
• An unlimited mileage package is available at $50 per rental day, purchased for the full rental period.
• Generator: 6 hours/day included; overage billed per hour — rate confirmed before pickup
• No smoking in the RV — $500 fine if evidence of smoking
• Pets not allowed. Service and assistance animals welcome per ADA — no documentation required. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear caused by their animal.
• Recreational off-road driving is prohibited. Travel on maintained access roads and pre-approved festival routes is permitted only when compliant with applicable insurance terms.
• All traffic violations and parking tickets are the renter's responsibility

4. Insurance & Liability

• Insurance/protection details are confirmed before payment.
• 24/7 roadside support is available during the trip.
• Renter is responsible for the security deposit in case of damage
• Damage must be reported immediately to RV We Go

5. Pickup, Return & Delivery

• Pickup in Irvine: free. Secured parking for your personal vehicle during the rental.
• Delivery: first 10 miles $100, then $10/mile after that. Maximum delivery radius: 100 miles.
• RVs are provided with a full tank of fuel, propane, and fresh water
• Renter must return the RV with a full tank of fuel
• Late returns may incur additional charges at the nightly rate
• Holding tank emptying: $150 if not returned empty
• Car wash: $150 if returned excessively dirty outside
• Deep cleaning: $300 if excessive interior cleaning is required
• Fuel refill at actual cost if not returned at agreed level

6. Prohibited Uses

The RV may not be used for:

• Commercial hauling or transport of goods
• Towing other vehicles
• Racing, competitions, or off-road driving
• Subleasing or renting to third parties
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Driving outside the continental United States

7. Additional Drivers

Up to 2 additional drivers allowed at no extra charge. All drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license.

8. Late Returns

1-hour grace period for late returns. After grace period, $25/hour charged. Returns more than 12 hours late charged full day rate.

9. Tickets & Tolls

Guest is responsible for all traffic tickets, tolls, and parking fines incurred during rental period. Administrative fee of $50 applied for processing.

10. Damage Process

Photos taken at pickup and return. Damage estimates provided within 14 days. Guest has 7 days to dispute charges.

11. Personal Property

RV We Go is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the RV during rental period.

12. Festivals & Special Events

Burning Man: Burning Man rentals are allowed only on maintained access roads and pre-approved festival routes, and only when compliant with applicable insurance terms. Recreational off-road driving is prohibited. The guest is responsible for extensive dust cleaning. Festival cleaning package ($150) strongly recommended. Standard generator limits (6 hrs/day) apply.

Coachella: Coachella rentals allowed. Festival passes and campground arrangements are guest responsibility.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by California law. Disputes resolved through mediation first, then Orange County Small Claims Court if necessary.

14. Parking

Free secured parking available at our Irvine location while you're on the road.
